Training and enablement for manufacturing teams
Corporate programmes on Ignition, Sepasoft MES, Industry 4.0 and AI tooling, delivered onsite or remote. Every programme is hands-on: participants work with live systems, labs and interactive exercises rather than slide decks alone.
What we teach
Ignition SCADA
Core to advanced Ignition Perspective: views and containers, tag architecture, scripting, alarming, historian and deployment practice. Aimed at engineers who will build and maintain real systems.
Sepasoft MES
OEE and downtime, scheduling and work orders, track and trace, SPC and ERP integration, taught inside a running lab environment with simulated production and faults.
MES and Industry 4.0 concepts
For leadership and cross-functional teams: ISA-95, MES functionality, IIoT and UNS architecture, and how to sequence a digitalization programme. Includes our 3-day MES practitioner format.
AI tooling for automation engineers
How to apply AI coding tools to real automation work with governance: prompting on engineering documents, validation gates, code review and repeatable workflows your team keeps after the course.
Formats: corporate batches, onsite or remote. Programmes use hands-on labs, live technology demos with Ignition, Kepware and MQTT, gamified exercises and assessment apps built for each engagement.
Trainees work inside a running MES
Our Sepasoft MES programme runs on a complete training environment built around a fictional cereal plant, with production simulated every 2 seconds. Participants configure OEE, run a product recall and integrate with a live ERP during the course.
