Ignition SCADA development
SCADA systems on Ignition Perspective and Vision: P&ID mimic screens, alarming, historian and trends, reporting and gateway architecture. We also handle Vision to Perspective migrations and version upgrades. Views and tag layers are generated as code and pass an automated validation gate before import, which keeps quality consistent as screen counts grow.

Sepasoft MES
MES modules on the Ignition platform: OEE and downtime, scheduling and work orders, track and trace with lot genealogy, SPC, and ERP integration. We have built bidirectional ERP integration with Odoo and know the Sepasoft APIs in depth, including the less documented corners of the SPC module.

IIoT, IT/OT integration and UNS foundation
Data foundations that connect the plant floor to business systems: MQTT and Sparkplug B, OPC UA, Modbus, FANUC FOCAS for CNC machines, and Unified Namespace architecture. We have connected machines ranging from serial-era PLCs to modern edge gateways, and we document the addressing traps we find along the way.
