About Cogneta
Cogneta Automation Private Limited is an industrial automation consultancy in Pune, India. We build SCADA, MES and Industry 4.0 systems on the Ignition platform, and we train the engineers who run them.
Dhananjay Kulkarni
Dhananjay has spent 22+ years in industrial automation, with earlier roles at Siemens, TCS and Yokogawa. His delivery history includes plant MES for Jaguar Land Rover in the UK, a global MES programme for Bekaert, and baggage-handling SCADA at London Heathrow, along with automation and Industry 4.0 work for Cargill, IOCL, McCain and TACO.
He works across the full stack: DCS and PLC systems, SCADA on Ignition, MES on Sepasoft and Apriso, IIoT architecture with MQTT and OPC UA, and applied AI for engineering work. He also teaches: corporate workshops on MES, Industry 4.0 and AI in manufacturing for teams at global enterprises and integrators.
Cogneta was set up to keep that delivery hands-on. The founder designs the architecture, writes the code and runs the training himself, with AI tooling multiplying what a small firm can take on.
